If you would like to be part of the Carnival celebrations, please print and complete the required forms and forward to the Carnival Committee.  If you have problems accessing the documents please contact the Committee who will be happy to send copies to you. The documents are Microsoft Word format.

Please Note: Missing forms will be made available when applications for 2012 Carnival is opened.

* For reasons of Health and Safety, drinks must not be served in glass bottles.  This includes non-alcoholic drinks supplied for groups in the Carnival Procession, drinks for personal consumption and drinks for sale on Carnival stalls

Noise must be kept within permitted limits so music on floats must be switched off on return to Prospect Park
